-Free inspection
-Free cleaning
-Free prong retightening
-Free sizing for life*
-Free repolishing

We DO NOT require customers to send in their jewelry during a given amount of time to keep the warranty active. It is a lifetime warranty, no questions asked.
In the event that your jewelry has been damaged and requires repair, for example needing a new crown or building up the shank, repair charges may be incurred given that normal wear and tear on jewelry does happen over time. Simply drop off or mail in the jewelry to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done. Only then will we move forward with the repair after your approval.
*Sizing is free as long as the new size is within 2 full sizes from ring size at the point of purchase. If the band is wearing thin at the bottom and requires that metal be added, you will be responsible for those charges. Eternity bands cannot be resized and will need to be remanufactured, incurring a fee.
**Replacement is free if an accent diamond up to 3mm in diameter is to ever become loose and fall out or even lost.
We recommend shipping your jewelry using Registered Mail, provided by USPS (United States Postal Service), although any carrier will be accepted. It’s required that you insure your package for the amount that you paid for the item. The registered mail form includes a box where you will provide this information.

A confirmation email will then be sent with tracking information once the service is complete and the item has been shipped.

A Gemological Institute of American (GIA) diamond report assures the value and quality of your diamond. GIA has been the gold standard in diamond grading for decades. Their reports detail key characteristics of each diamond.
The Four C’s are Carat (weight), Color, Clarity and Cut. These are the industry grade standards created by the Geological Institute of America (GIA). Every diamond is specifically graded on these criteria.
A diamond’s cut determines how effectively it returns light to the viewer’s eye: A well-cut diamond appears brilliant and fiery, while poorly cut diamonds look dark and lifeless, regardless of its clarity and color.
An “Ideal” cut diamond, graded as an Excellent Cut by the GIA, is proportioned to maximize light refraction, fire and brilliance.
“Eye-Clean” is a term used to describe a diamond that is clean (unable to see inclusions or flaws) to an unaided eye in a face up position from a distance of 8 inches or more. Diamonds of VS2 quality or higher are almost guaranteed to be eye-clean. Diamonds of SI1 and SI2 clarity gradings are eye-clean most of the time which makes purchasing a diamond in this range quite cost effective. Diamonds graded I1 still can carry a considerable amount of sparkle but there’s a good chance that inclusions may be seen to an unaided eye.
Each diamond sold will come with a GIA report. This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond.
Smaller diamonds (often called melee diamonds) are available in a variety of qualities.
Low quality goods are labeled as “Commercial” and consist of I/J/K color and I1 to I3 clarity, which can be found in many retail stores.
“Promotional” quality melee is one step better in both color and clarity.
The highest quality of melee diamonds is referred to as “Premium”. These diamonds are superior in not only color and clarity, but are also precision cut to maximize fire and brilliance. This is the quality of melee diamonds that we use in all of our jewelry.
